Restaurant Recommendations Fresno

I will be in the Fresno area the next few days and am looking for any and all REALLY GOOD food recommendations....nothing fancy, just super tasty lunch and dinner.....any kind of food, any ethnicity.....and definately any fish taco recommendations!

For righteous Asian fare there is B & K Asian Kitchen (Cambodian and Thai), and for a more upscale setting, Thai Royal Orchid. Located near B & K are several pho restaurants, among them Pho 99 and Pho 75-2 and Pho #1. There are more Viet locations you can hunt down near this intersection, First and McKinley.

There is also the highly recommended North India Bar and Grill in Clovis, just next door to Fresno.

Here goes,

For the best Mexican seafood - Don Pepe's - go with any of the shrimp dishes.
Szechuan - (Melanie correct me if that's not accurate) - Hunan.
Sushi - Sakanaya, Sushi Hana
"Continental" - i.e. not a specified ethnic type - Trelio's, Bistro Rustico, Cracked Pepper Bistro, Chef's Table
