Chirimoyas

One of my local grocery stores recently started carrying some interesting fruits, including chirimoyas. The description on the label made it seem interesting, so I picked one up out of curiosity. The raw taste is really delicious.

So, I was just wondering: what else can be done with chirimoyas?
