One of my local grocery stores recently started carrying some interesting fruits, including chirimoyas. The description on the label made it seem interesting, so I picked one up out of curiosity. The raw taste is really delicious.

So, I was just wondering: what else can be done with chirimoyas?

If I ever get my hands on another one and I have the strength to resist bolting it down
al instante, I would like to try a sorbet.

Why do you want to do ANYTHING with them?

You've already discovered the best way to enjoy chirimoyas ... scooped up fresh from the shell.
