San Antonio -- Dinner Recs Near 123 Losoya -- Hyatt Regency Hotel

I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 123 Losoya for 3 days this week and am looking for casual, but good to high quality food. Any cuisine is fine and not concerned about price. I may be dining solo, so places that are good for that would be helpful too. Don't mind having a good dinner at the bar -- sometimes that's the best way to dine and have a drink or two. Non-touristy is preferred if possible.

I would prefer places within walking distance from the hotel -- don't mind a 10-15 minute walk if its worth it.
