I can't manage to make coffee well @ home. I have a regular 14 cup cuisinart drip. I just bought some Illy coffee. What is the ratio of coffee to water? The package instructions don't work! 1 heaping Tbsp for 10 oz is not close to strong enough! HELP :)

To most people in North America, at least, those directions would seem bizarre. Try 1 Tb per cup up to 2 rounded Tb per cup and see what you like. I like 1 rounded Tb per 7 oz. cup (mug cup, not the dainty little 19th century teacups).
