SAE Fusion Japanese Private Kitchen - Wanchai, HK
Came across an article in Sing Tao featuring the above captioned establishment. For the past 20 years, the chef/owner had worked in the kitchens of Japanese restaurants in Kowloon Shangri-La, Grand Hyatt and Japan. Currently, menu is featuring the famous 'black pig' from Japan. Has any fellow CH tried this place before? Thanks!
