SAE Fusion Japanese Private Kitchen - Wanchai, HK

Came across an article in Sing Tao featuring the above captioned establishment. For the past 20 years, the chef/owner had worked in the kitchens of Japanese restaurants in Kowloon Shangri-La, Grand Hyatt and Japan. Currently, menu is featuring the famous 'black pig' from Japan. Has any fellow CH tried this place before? Thanks!

      Saw article in the paper only. Not sure if its on line or whether subscription is needed to get in?

    2. The restaurant has been around for quite some time and I tried it long time ago, and IMHO, it left something to be desired in terms of creativity. It was plain, ordinary dinner course with huge protion of food.
