Having a 50th birthday party for my brother in November.
We wanted to have a Paella party along with side dishes and appetizers possibly desserts.
Trying to get recommendations of a Paella caterer (party will be in Malibu)

Thank you.

second la espanola. basically on corner of lomita and vermont in harbor city. unfortunately, not sure if they could accomadate the other side dishes and appetizers.

    2. I'm not sure if she's still around, but there was a fabulous woman at the Hollywood Farmers
Market for years. She had wonderful paella there, and also did parties at very reasonable prices. She's no longer at the market; I've been told her health was bad. But she was still catering at that time. I have a card somewhere, but I'm quite sure her business and website were called "Mama's Spanish Sauces."

        1. Credit for this recommendation goes to LA poster El Jeffe: (note - this place is located in San Diego but according to El Jeffe's post they will come up to the LA area to cater your event. Obviously you need to ask them upfront if they are still willing to travel north to do this)

          1. You might want to contact Tinto Tapas (I think they're in West Hollywood) - I was at a gathering this summer that they catered - seem to recall that the various tapas were good and was very pleased with the paella that I tried - and they also offer desserts.
