Searching for a Paella caterer for Nov. 08

Having a 50th birthday party for my brother in November.
We wanted to have a Paella party along with side dishes and appetizers possibly desserts.
Trying to get recommendations of a Paella caterer (party will be in Malibu)

You might want to contact Tinto Tapas (I think they're in West Hollywood) - I was at a gathering this summer that they catered - seem to recall that the various tapas were good and was very pleased with the paella that I tried - and they also offer desserts.

I'm not sure if she's still around, but there was a fabulous woman at the Hollywood Farmers
Market for years. She had wonderful paella there, and also did parties at very reasonable prices. She's no longer at the market; I've been told her health was bad. But she was still catering at that time. I have a card somewhere, but I'm quite sure her business and website were called "Mama's Spanish Sauces."
