Hi all,
Looking for a Portuguese restaurant with quality/value fish/seafood......thanks for ideas.......how about a good place to purchase wine from Portugal?

There are lots of Portuguese restaurants on South Lambeth Road and Stockwell Road. I've only been to Estrella on SLR, which is more of a tapas kind of place, so can't give you any personal recs I'm afraid. O Cantinho de Portugal is meant to be good on Stockwell Road.

O Cantinho is quite good, You could also give The Gallery a shot. It's an experience in itself and their seafood is excellent. Or at least it was. It was displaying some "dying restaurant syndrome" signs last I checked.

recently went to A toca on 343 Wandsworth Road, Stockwell, SW8 2JH - had an excellent fish/rice dish that was packed up in a doggy bag at the end for a beautiful next day dinner too
