Burrata in Orlando/Winter Park

Looking for a truly authentic Italian restaurant in Orlando/Winter Park. Especially one that consistently offers a good, fresh burrata; good, fresh homemade pasta; and, perhaps, artisinal salumi. Any ideas?

Enzo's in Longwood is the only place I would call "authentic" in Orlando. Antipasti, salumi, and pastas meet your description. Not sure if they make their own mozz, and I've never seen burrata on the menu.

I'm trying Rocco's on Friday, so I'll let you know what they have.

Rocco's is very good (I gave it my Foodie Award for best Italian last year). I also like Enzo's and Terramia in Altamonte Springs. Not sure if they'll have burrata, but the mozzarella should be fresh.
