Zimmern in Paris...

At first glance I would not mind making this trip with him...just wondering though what type of 'exotica' one might find on a foodie tour of Paris...home to many of the finest restaurants on the planet.

      Well, let's see. I guess how you define "exotica" will have a lot to do with it, but in Paris, you can get some of the finer cuts of horse meat, there are undoubtedly more exotic snails than helix, all sorts of entrails from all sorts of animals. Probably some pretty remarkable stuff! During the siege of Paris, poodle was deemed the tenderest and most flavorful of canines. I'll have to watch for that episode to see what he finds...
