Places to eat in Oviedo (Asturias Region)

I'm gonna be spending about 5 months in Oviedo, Spain and I wanted some recommendations of places where I could go to get the best of Spanish cuisine. I'm interested in finding good places were locals themselves would go, not expensive touristy places. Recommendations?

I've never been to Oviedo, but for Asturias in general, definitely check out the sidra/sidrarias. And don't believe anyone if they tell you there's very little alcohol in the cider...

Check out the Mercado Fontán in the Old City. There are a lot of intriguing food stalls there. Great looking breads. I remember "Bollo preñado" or "pregnant roll."

We had a splurge meal at El Raitán, but it was very disappointing.
