OK for kids in Brooklyn Hights, Lunch

My wife and I are entertaining some friend of hers on Thursday. They have two kids 9 and 5. We expect to end up in Brooklyn Hights around lunch time. We will be walking around the Promenade. Anys suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Heights Cafe on Montague Street between Montague Terrace and Hicks St. has good food and a children's menu. I recommend the hamburger and very good french fries. If it is nice weather you can sit outside. Heads up, they only take Amex.
