I bought a box of Turron Blando in Barcelona thinking it was a type of cookie. It is more of a paste, like the consistency of peanut butter made mostly of almonds, honey, and egg. Any ideas what I can use this for; as an ingredient in baking? as a spread? etc...

Turron Blando!! Yum! I used to eat turron by the pound (the turron jijona kind) when I was studying in Seville! You've got a good idea already - Turron Blando makes a great ingredient for baking - you can mix it into cookie batter or yellow cake batter. Also great if you add food coloring and pipe them onto holiday cookies as frosting. Delicious mixed into vanilla ice cream too. Enjoy!
