challah near Boerum Hill?

I'm looking for a place that sells fresh-baked challah anywhere within walking distance of Boerum Hill. There's got to be something, right?

I've seen challah at Provence en Boite. Not fresh bakes, but the new Trader Joe's had challah in their bread aisle.

You can also get challah at Cobblestone Foods on Court St. If you're willing to go a bit further afield (but still walking distance) you can get challah at Lassen & Hennig and at Garden of Eden on Montague in the Heights.

I believe that the chalkboard outside Miriam advertised its challah when I walked past yesterday. Maybe give them a call first?

If you are willing to go in a different direction, Lopez Bakery at 5th Ave and 18th St sells very good, tender challah-type bread.
