Fresh minty basil

I have been growing sweet basil in my garden and it tastes much more of mint that I am used to using store-bought fresh basil. I am looking for good recipes, ideas of use, adjusting, etc. using it. I know basil has an inherent minty flavor, but this is quite strong. Can you help me?

If you drink, this would be amazing with a hint of mint - http://www.chow.com/recipes/13435

    It's my new favorite drink.

I could have used that tonight with my watermelon salad (that someone on CH shared - thank you). It was cubed watermelon, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese. Dressing was just fresh lime juice/olive oil - s&p. It really could have been over the top with fresh herbs like your minty basil.
