Miami for a few days

Greetings CHers,

My wife and I are coming to town for a few days mid October, and would love some tips. We are staying at the InterContinental Miami for a conference, and are looking for a suggestions for breakfast/brunch, great foodie casual dining (more bistro than formal) - especially with carrib/latin flair, and fabulous coffee. You guys got anything like that?
