Sprinkes or Cupcakery.
This has probably been posted before, but I'd like to hear some opinions on both. I have yet to try Cupcakery in Frisco, but I'm already a little turned off because I read a quote presumably from their owner accusing Sprinkles of having poor customer service.
That couldn't be further from the truth. Sprinkles is always accomodating. They let me mix orders, they even let me request light or no frosting. That being said, I will still try Cupcakery this week. The "Boston Dream"(cream) is very tempting.

I've tried both and overall I like Sprinkles better but the Cupcakery does have some tasty flavors. I especially like their version of an almond joy (forget the name) and the vanilla cake with dark chocolate frosting. The Kir Royale was good but sweet. I was disappointed by the Southern Belle, I prefer Sprinkles' Red Velvet. My overall favorite is the Black & White at Sprinkles.

My husband considers himself the expert of cupcakes, and I guess, based on the number he eats, he probably is! He prefers the Cupcakery to Sprinkles. The Boston Dream is his favorite, but he also loves the Lemon Creme... The cupcakes are a bit smaller than Sprinkles and are decorated beautifully. I personally think they are both good...
