The Phoenix Pastificio- Help?

Can someone tell me where to find it exactly, and if it is still open? I keep on getting mixed reviews, and haven't been able to find a telephone number. Thank you!

They sell at the Berkeley Saturday and Tuesday farmers market also. The location is a little hidden it is in a lovely brick building next to a park.

What mixed reviews? Do NOT miss the olive bread. If you go to the bakery, it comes hot from the oven. They also make fabulous danish that they sell at the farmers market sometimes.

They also sell in Oakland at the Saturday Grand Lake market and the Sunday Temescal market. Some of their pastas are also available at Berkeley Bowl.
