Vegetarian Protein Sticks

I was at an Asian grocery store today, and an unusual product caught my eye - "Vegetarian Protein Sticks" - they are essentially rolls of dried soybean curd, I think (see attached photo). The package is in Chinese, so I have no idea how they are supposed to be prepared. Could anyone offer some insight or recipes?

    1. Josh is right, thats tofu skins. Theyre great added to homemade soups. has a great texture. I find that breaking them up and simmering in aa assertive broth brings out the best in them.

      1. These are great for vegetarian stir fry dishes. Simply soak them in hot tap water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain them well and squeeze out excess water and they're ready to use. Very delicious and convenience.

        1. the recipes you suggest for the dried bean curd sounds nice...........but I need specific recipe for a passover dish......... any suggestions other than b-b-q ribs?
