Panda Licorice- Kosher?

Hi: Does anyone know if Panda Licorice is under kosher supervision? It's made in Finland and sold in the US in, among other stores, Trader Joe's. It has just a K on it.

    I know Panda bars from the UK and i england they are kosher and parev. You can see them on the kosher.org.uk product search, and i have pasted below for you.
