Osso Buco - Where can I find the best in LA?

One of my all-time favorite dishes, but we usually make it at home. However, I'd love to find LA's best so please give me your suggestions!

I was with someone who had one at Angelini Osteria and seemed to enjoy it immensely.

There is one random place that I used to go to just for their Osso Bucco...FAR NIENTE on Brand Blvd in Glendale.
It's been about a year since I've been, but I've always loved it and they serve it with the best risotto...I must make a visit soon, it's been too long.

You know what: I am really digging "The Foundry" on Melrose right now because Chef Greenspan knows his meat. He's so cool that I if you asked him to make OB for you some evening, I bet he would make it a special just to get that done for you. He always has a twist on his cooking so it may not be the traditional like Tater said using riso as a base but you never know. Give them a call and see if they ever have it on the menu. Bet they do......

Best? I dunno. But it seemed like the hit of the entree's we tried at Brunello's in Culver City the other night.
