Good food + The Debate?

Hi all, I just moved to the Lower Pacific Heights/Japantown area of SF. I'm looking for some place nearby that will have good, relatively inexpensive food and will have the debate on. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  1. Sorry, this won't help you, but it might help others. The Cerrito theater in El Cerrito is showing the debate and offering free admission. The pizza isn't bad if you get it freshly made.

The Parkway in Oakland is doing it to, for all presidential debates and the VP debate.

    2. Good luck! Anyone who can watch the debate while they eat has a stronger stomach than I do!

Amen, we Tivo'd it and paused it to shovel out every so often.

      2. is running a thread with some suggestions, albeit not good food oriented.

        1. The places nearby with televisions are O Izakaya, Harry's, and Sheba's. Your best bet *might* be Sheba's Lounge as the other two are more sports-oriented. The bar food at Sheba's isn't bad and I recommend the meatballs.
