An autumn-ish fish recipe?

I am not able to go to my family for Rosh Hashanah on Monday night, but I would like to cook a nice meal just for myself and one close friend. Since Rosh Hashanah, traditionally means my Mom's brisket, I guess even though I am thinking fish, I want a meal that makes meal feel like it is Fall and Family. I will probably make a Butternut Squash Soup to start. But if anyone has idea for a meal for two that I can make with Sea Bass or Halibut, or Red Snapper that meets my other needs it would be greatly appreciated.

And if someone has a great recipe that involves one of these fishes AND butternut squash, that would be great. Then I would not make the soup. Obviosusly, I am having an early Fall hankering for Butternut squash. :)

What about making the butternut squash into a puree, then serve the fish on top of it, topped with sauteed wild mushrooms? Wild mushrooms really say fall to me, esp. with thyme. Just make the puree like you would the soup, with much less liquid.
