Shotgun Wedding Dinner

Now that I have your attention...Need to make last second wedding dinner plans for 12. In the city, probably not further north of River North. One teen(13) Adults ages 30-60 Will pretty much eat anything. Say $75 per person. Was thinking tapas? Thought about Quartinos or it's neighbor but checked through Open Table and they can't be of help. Perhaps I should call them? Thanks

I highly disrecommend Quartinos. Bland food, over priced wine.

There isn't much that I am in love with in the River North area that is nice. Probably fave place is Heaven on Seven that is in your price range. If you are willing to go a little further north to Old Town, Salpicon on N Wells is pretty good. As long as the party does not go crazy on drinks, it is in your price range -- all entrees less than $30. Has a great wine list, but only tequila otherwise. Nice higher end feel without being over the top.

I would try Mercat a la Planxa if you are thinking of tapas, plus they have a small private room for 16 people that sounds perfect for your group.
