Kalustayan's in Oak. or Bay Area?

Just visited NYC and was taken to Kalustyan's http://www.kalustyans.com/- floor to ceiling spices, dried ingredients- am wondering if we have a Bay Area equivalent?

No equivalent, but we do have a handful of places that when taken together might get close.

In Berkeley, I think some of the Indian grocery stores should have a good selection of whole and ground spices.

Also in Berkeley, Berkeley Bowl has bulk nuts and a great selection of oddball condiments.

In San Francisco, Rainbow Grocery has a great section of bulk spices and nuts.

Haig's Delicatessan in San Francisco has some middle eastern spices, but I can never tell how old something is at Haig's.

Milan for one. In Oakland the Food Mill is spice rich.

For spices on line or a visit to their shop at Oxbow Market in City of Napa.
