Any ladylocks makers down in Raleigh-Durham, NC?

I'm a Pittsburgh girl who lives in Raleigh, NC. I just eloped. My friends are throwing me and my husband a small party down here next month. They are indulging my need for a cookie table.

I'm trying to find someone, maybe a grandmother who migrated down here to be close to the grandchildren, who can teach me or at least offer advice. If you know anyone who might be willing to help, I would greatly appreciate it. I've never made ladylocks, and the recipe scares me.

I'll bet you'd get more help on this if you posted it on the "South" board. Also start a thread asking about bakeries in your area. Raleigh-Durham is not exactly a back-water triangle.
