Just got a Dutch Oven- Need Suggestions!

Would love to make some yummy comfort foods in my new Dutch Oven. I love anything with tons of veggies, as well as chicken (don't do red meat) and some fish. Huge fan of ethnic foods. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic is perfect in the dutch oven.

I use mine for risotto all the time, and it's also actual great for stir frying if you don't have a wok.

I use mine for risotto as well, or for braising damn near anything......small batches of chili, pasta sauce, ragouts, bolognese,

heck, I think I use mine for everything.

I have 2....a dutch oven, oval, and a 3.75qt. saucepan.

My biggest suggestion would be to buy a copy of Molly Steven's All About Braising!

Dutch Ovens are great for soups. Braised chicken is great- love this recipe for chicken- http://www.epicurious.com/tools/searc...
Also, for ethnic foods, I have made Indian Curries in my dutch oven and it worked great as well as lentil dishes.
