Pulled topic on veg gardening

I was surprised that the home gardener topic was deleted. Wish I'd had the opportunity to print out the thread as it was very good even though it only "lived" for a few short hours.

I'm wondering how that topic wasn't fit for CH. Seems to me that one of the ultimate CH activities would be to grow your own food because it tastes better and share tips about what works. In the short time that topic was up, I learned about several varieties of greens and other veggies I'd like to try growing.

Maybe a "Grow Your Own" category would be successful here. I think you'd find a lot of activity.
