Which Pan For Cooking Fish?
I know some people opt for a non-stick pan when cooking fish, and why not, it doesn’t stick, you can flip it with ease, cleans well; but I’d rather master the art of cooking the fish and cooking with my pan.
Is it possible to get a good finish when cooking fish on a high quality stainless steel pan? Yes I know it will stick but will it be a nightmare to cook on it or just something to work around?
Will a crumbed peice of fish fall apart when being flipped over?
