Some resturants that close should stay closed
Recently I notice Sam Wok appeared on Calgary trail and 66 after being closed for a long while. The decor is still as bad as it was when it was on 79. The only change is prices aren't cheap and the food is terrible. We ordered Shanhai noodles with chicken and Ngow Nam (beef brisket) chow mein. The noodles had a few strands of cabbage and the chicken pieces which were few and far between were smaller than the size of a lady bug.
The Beef Brisket was wierd tasting and hard that we stopped eating after a few bites and asked for the cheque. Ngow Nam chow mein is a staple I order everywhere and this was the first time I couldn't get past 3 bites. I'm debating whether I can get the meat tested. Yeech!

re: ihatepickyeaters
My mom is Chinese so I know Chinese food. That was really bad. The chow mein the cheapest stuff they can find. Mom said not to go there but I just had to give it another chance. Nevah nevah nevah going back. I've never any noodle place dice their chicken so small you need a magnifying glass to see it. Granted Chinese resturants in E'ton is dismal but this is something else. I dislike resturants that think they can serve you crap and have you come back. Bad food is worse than bad service.
