A few meals in Madrid this weekend...

I'm going to Madrid this weekend with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. We're arriving on Saturday in time for lunch. I'd love a fun, casual suggestion for lunch on Saturday. Saturday night we're planning on having lots of tapas (so suggestions for fun areas or not-to-be-missed spots would be great). Sunday is my husband's birthday, so would love a good spot for lunch as well as dinner. I'd prefer casual or semi-formal places (where locals go) with fabulous food and a fun atmosphere for all the meals. Also any suggestions for a good place for paella?

One good surprise that I had last week in Madrid was Maceiras (Calle Huertas)

It's a simple restaurant, not frills, but the food was good and the seafood were fresh and good. but you have to know that they only take cash (no cards of any type) !!
