I've got a chaffing dish I'd like to use for a church luncheon. It's potluck, a garden theme, and all finger food (or easily served). Any ideas? thanks!

This has my vote: Rosemary infused chicken skewers with berry sauce.

See, http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/007287rosemary_chicken_skewers_with_berry_sauce.php

I suggest putting just three or four cubes of chicken on each skewer.

If you'd like to stretch the budget, add a few cubes of potatoe.
