How do you make Peppadew Peppers?

I have some yummy fresh from Mariquita farm peppadew looking peppers and I want to make the sweet spicy preserved peppers. Any ideas or recipes? Not sure if this is the right pepper, I renamed them Cherry Bombs, because they are sweet and mellow in the first moment and then BAM hot hothotHOT!
