What day of the week is DiFara closed?

I searched this board high and low and couldn't find it (though I know it's been mentioned.)

I googled but any search of "difara" and "closed" turns up a ton of news stories about the DOH problems a year or two back.

I called and no one answered the phone.

So... does anyone know what 1 day of the week DiFara's is closed?
