Plano lunch

robinsilver Sep 20, 2008 07:48 AM

Thanks all for the info on barbeque in Plano, I have now been asked to find a place for lunch. Some of the women want to go see Southfork, so we will be there in the morning. Probably looking for something relatively light for lunch because it will be sandwiched between tex-mex and barbeque dinners.

Thanks, this is perfect. If we don't want to do breakfast at the hotel, this would be great too. Is it close to Legacy Town Center?

It's probably about 20 minutes from the Shops @ Legacy to Poor Richard's.

Some closer options would be Olea, Breadwinners, or Main Street Bread Baking Company with that being my order of preference. Olea & Breadwinners are about 5-10 minutes from Legacy. Main Street is in the Shops @ Legacy.

Women? Lunch? Coming back from South Fork?

Corner Bakery!!! Something for everyone: salads, sandwiches, yummy desserts!

On Central - Parker Road west to Central, go south on the service road, cross 15th, a little ways on and there is Corner Bakery on the right.

That looks great too. Will have to decide now, tough choice. The ones that Hobbes suggested, believe it or not, are out of some of the budgets it seems. I don''t want to hear "$9.50 for a sandwich". We may do the Main Bakery for breakfast though. That nutella french toast is calling my name.
