Robot Coupe

Any experiences with the Robot Coupe food processor? I am thinking of getting one but unsure of which model. Due to my experience with Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart products in the past I would really like to add a professional grade food processor to my kitchen. Would people suggest Waring or Hobart over Robot Coupe?
Thanks

    1. Ive used Robot Coupes at work and they are nice but it is a bit of a overkill for a residential application, unless you need the horsepower. Id recommend the R100 for you, unless you typically cook for the Waltons or Van Trapps. I hope that you don't mind ,but I am interested in your experience with K-A and Cuisinart that led you to ask about a R-C in the home. I have the ubiquitous 11 cup Cuisinart at home and it works fine, and I have also used the same machine in commercial applications with good results.

Ive never used either the Waring or Hobart processors, so I cant comment on their products.
