Preserved Lemons

Salbert Sep 20, 2008 06:20 AM

I have a few recipes that I want to try that call for preserved lemons. I can't find them anywhere in Boston. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

I usually pick them up at:

    Arax Market
    585 Mount Auburn St
    Watertown, MA 02472

I've found them at Whole Foods at Alewife (in the back with cheeses, olives etc)

they are ridiculously easy to make, and keep for months in the fridge.
