Solo Lunch Near Arizona Mills (Tempe/Phoenix)

I have a court hearing tomorrow (Saturday) morning at the Arizona Supreme Court. I'll be done by 10:30, plan a stop at the Nieman's outlet at Arizona Mills and, then, a light lunch before I return to Tucson. Something quick, light and reasonable. Ideas?

There's not much of note at AZ Mils, but since you're heading back to Tucson, one option is to continue two miles to the south to Elliott Rd. at the southern end of Tempe.

Two good options on Elliott just east of I-10:

Sushi Eye -- good sushi, udon, etc.
    Kabab Palace -- Afghan

First thing that comes to mind is to head S. on Int. 10 and hit Cafe Boa @ Elliott in the Safeway shopping center. Given the location, it shouldn't be too busy.

Thanks for the tip. The menu looks terrific. Unfortunately, the site says they only serve lunch Monday through Friday.

oh you're right, forgot about it being Saturday!

There's Ztejas @ Ray and the 10 and in the same center is AJ's which might be your best choice.......soup, a great salad bar, bar b que on the patio and they usually have 4 or 5 hot lunch entrees, as well.
