oven baked ribs for tomorrow

okay, I have 4 racks of st louis ribs-- 10 pounds in all. I am planning on making a rub with cumin, paprika, chili powder and salt and pepper. and sugar. My question is-- should I put the rub on tonight and let it sit over night in the fridge?
tomorrow I will cook uncovered at 180 for 6 hours--- a method a friend swears by--

Definitely marinate w/ the rub at least overnight. Below is a link to my old report outlining my method. Mine went for around 4 hrs. at 250F but I think lower (~200F) and slower would be even better. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

      Rub tonight.

Check on the timing for the ribs, though. It's taken that long for me for 1 rack at 200 in the oven.
