Jaccard Meat Tenderizer
Not sure why you would want one, though most food service cash and carries can get you one. There are plenty of houses that sell needled steaks out there if you are looking to economize. Same for calamari. If you want cube steak, you should just buy it. While the Jaccard is cool looking with all it's sharp pointy blades, I am not sure it is needed in a contemporary kitchen. Have fun.
They are sold in Cash and Carry stores throughout Seattle. One is just north of N130th St just east of Aurora. Another is down in the Industrial area off Holgate, I think. The one we bought several years ago has two rows of blades but all the ones being sold now seem to have three rows.
