Join us at Pizzeria Bianco??

I'll be traveling to PHX from the East Coast with my brother and father in October. They're planning the golf, and I'm planning the food. If anyone here would like to join us at Pizzeria Bianco, we'll need at least three more to make a reservation possible. It'll be either Thursday, October 23 or Friday, October 24. Let me know.

Also, anyone have any suggestions of other really great, "can't miss" options in the area? We're not looking for fancy, just really good. Also, any bakery/pastry, chocolate, or ice cream recommendations would be appreciated.

Bakery / Pastry

Sweet Pea Bakery -- hard-to-find at the south end of Downtown, but worth the visit
Au Petit Four -- tucked inside the Biltmore Esplanade
Tammie Coe / MJ -- locations in both Arcadia and Roosevelt Row

Chocolate:

Wei of Chocolate -- sells at the Downtown Phoenix Public Market on Saturday mornings
Chatham's -- high-end chocalatier near Central & Camelback

Ice Cream -- many good shops throughout the area, but these two are the best in my opinion:

Sweet Republic -- northeast Scottsdale; interesting flavors made on site
Arlecchino -- best gelato in town; among the best in the U.S.

Reservations are definitely the way to go for Bianco - good luck w/getting others (I'll be out of town).

Wanted to give you this - your brother and father should consult this in their planning. Fall is a weird time for golf in PHX.
