One tin had two pieces of boneless grilled chicken cutlet bottoms,and the other had some cooked white rice. I picked it up hot from the restaurant at about 6 pm, and remembered to retrieve and refrigerate it at 12:30 am. The weather last night was coolish to mild. The chicken cutlets had been marinated, well seasoned, and grilled. Would the seasoning have helped to preserve it? Thanks!
