Lobster on Baldwin Street

Are there two Chinese restaurants on Baldwin Street which offer a lobster special of two for the price of one? If so, is one considered "better" than the other? I ask because I have a house guest from London (England) and, for tomorrow night, we're planning on going to an early evening showing of the movie "Burn Before Reading" and then heading down to Baldwin Street for a Chinese dinner.

I think you are looking for Wah Sing.

I much prefer Hua Sang which is downstairs.

The only two places on Baldwin I've had lobster are The Eating Garden (Cheap and cheerful...more for students on a budget) and Wah Sing. I prefer Wah Sing. Decor is nicer and the service is better. We usually start off with a bowl of the corn and crab meat soup ($5) or the stuffed crab claw ($5), then go with stir fried baby bok choy (big plate for $12), a plate of singapore vermicelli ($12) and 2 for 1 lobster (green onion and ginger is my fav) $26

I've been going to Wah Sing for years and years and I have never been disappointed. Finnegan's suggestions are dead on... i also like to get their cantonese chow mein noodles too..

I like Wah Sing too. And I especially like it on Tuesdays, I think it is, when the lobster special is like $22 for the two lobsters, amazing value.

I've only been to Hua Sang - the one downstairs. The lobster was pretty tasty, but the decor is pretty outdated if that matters. I was told that this one was much better than the upstairs location.

I've been going to Wah Sing since I was a kid (that's close to 15 years now). Back then they were on the corner of McCaul and Baldwin. Then they moved down the street to the location they are at now. In those 15 years, without fail, my family and I have always ordered the lobster.
