Add Duplicate Post Option to Report screen — already have Vulgar/Inappropriate, Spam, Off-Topic

Sure would save time.

But you guys are so busy with other things that are more important!
(You really shouldn't have to deal with all these computer issues.)

In truth, all things that get flagged get treated precisely the same way. When we built the system, we were assuming a torrent of flags where we'd have to really triage which flags to deal with, while leaving some to languish for a longer time, but on the whole, the moderators stay on top of them, so it doesn't matter which flag you use.

Duplicate would be particularly useful, though, as it would save people typing 'duplicate' or 'dupe' in the explanation box.
