Is there anything kosher replacing this restaurant?
I can't imagine why another restaurant would attempt to succeed where so many have failed.
If it's a great place, the location shouldn't matter. Look at Carlos and Gabbi's.
I agree with eatgood. It is the place and what it has to offer, not the location. People shop at Brach's, very close to this location. has the place been rented/sold?
