Fresh, Seasonal and Local in DC/Alex
I did an internship in DC in the 90's. When I go back now I find that while my tastes have moved on the restaurants there haven't. Maybe it's just a function of where I go-- anyway I need some help here. Where are the chefs who make exciting plates with fresh local food in season. I don't mean the ones that feature one or two items but the true devotees of non-industruial cuisine. Thanks.
