Valbella in Eastchester morphing into Tutto Bella...

Saw the signs in the window driving by yesterday...the former Valbella location on Rt. 22 near Lord & Taylor is going thru another transformation...to be called Tutto Bella.

I saw that this morning also, thanks for the report!
I wonder what it is about that location? We have lived a couple of blocks from there for the last 24 years and this will be at least the sixth different restaurant since 1984 (I may have missed a few so that number could be higher...).
