I read a blog post about this cheese today and I am DYING to try it. Is there any place in or even close to Toronto that would have it?

  1. It's my brother-in-law's favourite. Almost always available at Alex's in SLM.

Yep, I've got it from Alex's a few times in the past.

    2. Should be available at almost any--not necessariliy high-end--cheese counter. Ski Queen is the most common brand. Ever wonder why the best cheese planes are Norwegian?

      1. I've seen Ski Queen at the Leslieville Cheese Market. You have to buy the whole chunk, they won't cut it down for you.
