ideas for yogurt-marinated chicken

Yogurt-marinated chicken (with garlic, tumeric, lemon juice, etc) is a staple in my house. My BF grills a huge batch each week and we mostly work our way through with chopping it up and eating it in a salad.

We both like to eat as cleanly as possible during the week. What are other ideas for using up the chicken aside from enchiladas and chicken salad?

Help me get out of this rut! Thanks in advance!

  1. As long as you already have it chopped up, chop it a bit finer and brush about five layers of phyllo dough with butter and stack the layers. Spread the yogurt marinated chicken over the dough and roll the ingredients into a package, tucking in the ends as you roll.
    Bake on baking sheet, seam side down, about 35 - 40 minutes in 350 degree oven until golden brown on the bottom. Serve with a tzatziki sauce or a mustard sauce alongside an arugula salad and some wheat berries in walnut oil.
