Looking for raw bar in Westchester

My husband and I are looking for great oysters and clams in the Westchester area. I've been to Ruby's in Rye a few times, but would like to try someplace new. Has anyone been to Conte's lately? Is there anyplace that won't break the bank?
Thanks,
Tracey K

Enjoyed a dozen lovely oysters at Artie's Steak & Seafood on City Island just last night...you may also want to try Caffe Regatta in Pelham or the renamed Armonk Lobster House in Armonk (formerly Stoneleigh Creek). Both have raw bars and are not too pricey...

Ah, I forgot about Artie's, gutreactions.

I've been there a few times now, and it's got it all. And I do mean 'all'.

I don't know if they've gotten their act together, but MacMenamin's Grill used to have a realllllly good raw bar brunch on Sundays.

Last I was there, though, they were pulling the 'don't refill the oysters or clams' platters after the first one, so I have never gone back. They also managed to 'run out' of the really good desserts after the first offering too.

As others have noted here, they've slipped big time. If they have returned to what they were, they're worth a visit. If not, avoid them like the plague.

There is Harry's on Hartsdale Ave. in Hartsdale. Haven't been in years. There is also a place in Port Chester. Remember Panatal on Main St.? The place there now, it's either called Copacabana or the place around back of it is, and the place around back advertises itself as a raw bar (I think that is on Willet Avenue). Have not tried it, but it has to be cheaper than Ruby's and Harry's.
