Beavertails in TO?

I had my first beavertail this weekend at a batmitzfa and just fell in love. Is there anywhere in TO (downtown preferably) that sell these regularly other than at the EX in the summer? Thanks!

The only other places in the GTA are the Toronto Zoo and Wild Water Kingdom, apparently.

Ontario Place itself has them and if I'm not mistaken Wonderland has them as well.
Definitely seems to be an amusement park thing here.

I've never, ever seen them at Wonderland.

hungryabbey, I only ever get these when I'm in Ottawa for Winterlude or at Tremblant skiing. I hadn't even thought they were available in Toronto.

Anyway this post'll get booted to cooking or some other chowhound forum but I found this:

Doesn't seem too hard to make. All the best!

hm thanks butcher for the recipe! I guess its going to have to be a destination treat unless I make one myself. Thanks everyone.

It's too bad they closed the location in the beaches, but I don't think it lasted even a year.

Love Beavertails with apple filling on them! Mmmmmmm... :)

Does anyone know if anything has changed since 2008? There has to be some bakery selling them; I found a bakery selling in Orillia so there's no excuse for it not being here :D

The zoo is the only non-seasonal local in the GTA worth the trip :)

I recall seeing them in the winter at Nathan Philips Square during concerts in the winter. Not sure if they will be there this year or not (and not sure if it was all winter before or just during weekends or special events).
